JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS
- Thorough understanding of test principles such as unit, smoke, functional (black box/white box), user acceptance and usability testing.
- Ability to understand functional specifications and hands on experience of developing test cases and regression test pack.
- Exposure to structured software development and testing life-cycle methodologies, like waterfall, agile, and incremental-iterative.
- Good experience in working on different SDLC models..
- Good experience in Master Data Management testing with Informatica MDM (Great to have), Informatica Power Center (Must to have) background..
- Ability to accurately log defects in Quality Center(Must to have), escalate issues and risks.
- Hands on experience in using the testing tools ALM/Quality Center(Must), Selenium (Optional) and JMeter(Very good to have).
- Experience of working in tight deadlines in a mature ‘time-boxed’ testing environment.
- Be able to demonstrate consistent and good judgment of assessing severity of issues.
- Ability to accurately log defects in Quality Center(Must to have), escalate issues and risks.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 6 to 10 years of experience in software industry.
- Develop test cases and scenarios from FSD.
- Execute component and system testing.
- Record defects and coordinate with development team for closure.
- Generate test data or coordinate with relevant stakeholders for test data.
- Support UAT and release into production.
- Proactively share knowledge and information with the team.
- Report the status to team manager.
- Testing certifications (Nice to have).

SSO Developer - Arlington - VA

JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS
- Ideally need someone with SSO, Java and OAM experience but strong SSO and Java would cut it.
- Ability to develop for SSO project using products such as Oracle Access Manager.
- Ability to design, develop and implement tasks for SSO in support of J2EE applications.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional IT teams, business analysts, DBAs, security managers and developers to ensure effective execution of SSO services. Solve problems related to installation, implementation, maintenance, and operations of SSO and related components.
- Coordinates with intersecting organizations to ensure that supporting infrastructure systems are designed and implemented to meet customer’s internal and external standards and service level requirements to 99.99% Production availability.
- Knowledge of security policies within the SSO environment helpful between external applications, Oracle WebLogic Server, OWSM and other technologies in Fusion middle ware stack.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 5 or more years of experience in software industry.
- Single Sign-On (SSO).
- J2EE development & Knowledge of Oracle Access Manager (OAM).
- Experience augmenting development team, providing a strong knowledge base.
- Developers create code to protect against many risks, such as operator error, system errors, etc. Code must also be able to withstand attacks from intelligent adversaries and their automated programs. They identify available security controls are available, when to use them, and how to use them. They ensure current security best practices are applied and security tests are integrated into the SDLC.
- Modeling data instead of string usage.
- Ensuring modern DLLs, APIs, and other common code sources are used.
- Using white list input validation.
- Preventing “bad practices/environments” (e.g. in-line JavaScript).
- Ensuring patching to include frameworks and libraries.
- Potential to perform as development team lead facilitating code review, and SDLC support.
- Provide advice and consultancy to team members on risk assessment.
- Design, implement and support SSO-focused tools and services.
- A SANS GIAC Secure Software Programmer (GSSP), or SANS GIAC Web Application Security (GWEB) certification.
- Knowledge of SSO software tools including Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) module.
- Security Infrastructure, Web Application Security, Directory Services, Microsoft Active Directory (AD), AD Application Mode (ADAM), Web Adaptive Authentication, Identity Federation, Real time Risk Analysis, Multi factor Authentication, Java / J2EE.
